As a Trader, you'll play a key role connecting commercial and analysis teams across the JAPAC region. You'll have the chance to collaborate with people from different markets and departments like Sales, Account Management, and Data & Analytics. The work can be challenging, but it's also really rewarding. Plus, with the region growing fast, there's plenty of room to make an impact and grow with it.

What You'll Do

  • Manage programmatic campaigns – Set up, track, and optimize campaigns to hit KPIs and achieve margin goals.
  • Analyze performance & deliver insights – Use data to fine-tune delivery and create detailed post-campaign reports.
  • Collaborate with teams – Partner with sales, ad ops, and analytics to ensure smooth execution and resolve issues.
  • Drive innovation – Experiment with new strategies and share best practices to boost trading performance.

What You Bring

  • At least 2 years of high performance programmatic trading experience
  • Knowledge of the programmatic landscape and industry ecosystem
  • Experience with Xandr Invest, DV360, and/or The Trade Desk
  • Desire to develop your team, providing learning and growth opportunities
  • High level of organisation and conscientiousness
  • Excellent communication skills
