What You'll Do

‍🛠️ Core Responsibilities

  • Translate client business objectives into clear media strategies and performance KPIs.
  • Develop and present cross-channel media plans with strong narrative and commercial clarity.
    Lead ongoing client communications, including regular performance updates and optimisation recommendations.
    Collaborate with internal specialists and external partners to ensure effective planning, activation and measurement.
  • Advise on channel roles and performance expectations across the funnel.
    Independently manage go-to-market execution, including tracking and measurement alignment.
  • Oversee and, where required, support hands-on activation of performance campaigns.
  • Manage multiple clients, timelines and deliverables, including regional or multi-market work.

What You Bring

🎯 Skills and Experience

  • 5–7 years’ experience in performance media planning and activation.
  • Strong cross-channel planning expertise across key digital media channels.
  • Solid hands-on experience in performance-driven environments, particularly Search and Social.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders independently.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
  • Confident communicator with excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Experience supporting regional or multi-market campaigns is highly valued.
