You’ll act as the go-to HR support across multiple markets, ensuring local execution aligns with regional policies and employment laws. The ideal candidate is required to have a solid command of end-to-end HR processes and must be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, cross-border AdTech environment.

What You'll Do

• Use people data and insights to inform decision-making, workforce planning, and resource allocation

• Serve as a cultural ambassador and trusted advisor to managers across the region

Talent Management & Development

• Support recruitment efforts by advising on hiring strategies, role-scoping, and interview processes

• Oversee onboarding, ensuring a seamless and engaging new hire experience

• Drive performance management cycles, goal-setting, and feedback culture across SEA

• Implement career development and succession planning frameworks

• Coach managers on team dynamics, performance challenges, and engagement practices

People Operations & Compliance

• Draft and maintain employment contracts, policy documents, and variation letters

• Ensure ongoing compliance with local labour laws (Singapore, Philippines, and ideally Japan)

• Collaborate with Finance and external payroll vendors to support accurate pay cycles

• Maintain employee data in HRIS and support audits or internal reporting needs

Culture, Engagement & Change

• Lead local engagement initiatives aligned with global DEI and culture strategies

• Organise pulse surveys, analyse results, and follow through with action plans

• Support organisational change and restructuring with clear communication and planning

• Manage employee relations cases with a balanced, solutions-focused approach

What You Bring

• 5+ years' experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles, in AdTech, media, or fast-paced digital environments

• Strong knowledge of SEA labour laws, particularly Singapore and the Philippines

• Experience working in matrixed, multicultural teams across multiple geographies

• High proficiency with HR systems (e.g., Workday)

• Exceptional interpersonal skills – tact, discretion, and ability to influence across levels
