As Sales Planner, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing business across the JAPAC region, with a focus on client acquisition and sales excellence in the Philippines. Working closely with Sales, Trading, and Account Management teams, you’ll create tailored proposals, deliver on campaign set-up, and ensure high-quality execution — all while keeping clients happy and internal stakeholders aligned. You’ll also act as the connective tissue across departments, helping to streamline processes, improve reporting accuracy, and identify new ways to win business. Sales Planning & Proposal Crafting: Create accurate and compelling proposals in response to briefs, ensuring timely delivery and high attention to detail.
Campaign Execution & Support: Oversee post-approval campaign bookings and set-up, ensuring a smooth launch and accurate reporting across standard and advanced outputs.
Process & Quality Management: Maintain workflows that minimise errors, proactively address data discrepancies, and improve the overall quality of client servicing.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Trading teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs; build strong cross-functional relationships regionally.
Commercial Curiosity: Stay on top of industry trends and product updates, and collaborate with sales leads on strategies to grow existing accounts and win new ones.
Practical Competencies 2+ years in sales planning, media operations, or sales support in a digital media environment.
Communication & Organisation Strong communication skills and a structured, deadline-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities.
Proactive & Curious Mindset Comfortable working independently, eager to find better ways of doing things, and open to trying new approaches.
Regional Collaboration Experience working across local and regional teams is a plus — especially within a global or APAC hub structure.
