Passion for video, advanced TV, and evolving consumer viewing habits across screens is essential, as is a strong network of agency contacts spanning digital specialists, programmatic teams, media planners, and screen buyers. Strategic thinking, the ability to anticipate client needs, and proven success in driving spend are key, alongside a collaborative, team-oriented approach in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
