🌏 About the Role: This role is for a driven Client Solutions Manager focused on growing revenue across owned-and-operated inventory, including OTT services. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, building and nurturing relationships with advertisers, agencies, and trading desks, balancing growth from existing clients with new business opportunities. They will understand how agencies plan and buy media, with hands-on experience in programmatic media buying and insight into trading desk operations, auction dynamics, and data-driven campaign optimisation. Passion for video, advanced TV, and evolving consumer viewing habits across screens is essential, as is a strong network of agency contacts spanning digital specialists, programmatic teams, media planners, and screen buyers. Strategic thinking, the ability to anticipate client needs, and proven success in driving spend are key, alongside a collaborative, team-oriented approach in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role is based in Singapore, with occasional regional travel, and offers the chance to contribute to a rapidly growing, world-class advertising sales organisation focused on innovation, data, and exceptional client experience.

What You'll Do


✨Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with named agencies and their trading desks
  • Develop a deep technical understanding of the Ads platform, capabilities, and unique inventory
  • Create a plan to build and grow the Ads business across named agencies and accounts
  • Continuously provide value to your customers and serve as a trusted consultant to drive advertising growth
  • Monitor daily run rate across assigned accounts and work with product and support teams to troubleshoot any issues
  • Act as an internal champion for your advertising customers across the organisation

What You Bring

⭐️ Qualifications

  • 5+ years of industry or relatable experience with a significant portion spent working at an agency, trading desk, or digital sales
  • Understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, particularly in connected TV video
  • Proven track record of securing and growing spend from advertisers and agencies
  • Successful internal and external relationship management
  • Experience working in both entrepreneurial and established corporate cultures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
  • Talented at explaining complex topics in simple terms in person or over the phone
  • Bachelor's Degree; MBA or other advanced degree a plus


⭐️ Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with selling or using advertising platforms (e.g. Adobe, Amazon, Google, The Trade Desk, or DV360)
  • Agency or agency trading desk experience overseeing, implementing, and using advertising technology across a large number of brand accounts
  • A strong network and existing relationships across buying and trading teams across multiple agencies
  • The candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • The candidate must also have an entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership in creating opportunities
