They're a leading global programmatic media partner offering programmatic solutions for agencies, clients, and independent partners. As Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving commercial growth by building strong relationships with agency partners and advertisers, while uncovering new opportunities to expand market presence. Working closely with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams, you’ll support the execution of the local go-to-market strategy — from understanding client needs and shaping impactful programmatic solutions, to developing persuasive proposals that clearly communicate value. You’ll contribute to accurate forecasting, support revenue delivery, and help ensure seamless collaboration across internal teams to maximise client outcomes. This role is ideal for a motivated, well-connected sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to contribute to broader regional growth ambitions.

💡 Role and Responsibilities

  • Support revenue growth by identifying and developing new opportunities across agencies and advertisers.
  • Build trusted relationships with planning, investment, and digital teams across key agency groups.
  • Contribute to developing compelling commercial proposals that align with client challenges and objectives.
  • Work closely with account management, trading, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates on your pipeline, performance, and market activity.
  • Participate in industry events, client meetings, and partner sessions to represent the business and elevate visibility.
  • Gather market intelligence to help inform strategy, product positioning, and competitive differentiation.
  • Assist senior leadership with quarterly forecasting and account planning for the local market.

What You Bring

📌 Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in media, digital, or programmatic sales with a track record of meeting or contributing to revenue targets.
  • Strong relationships across agency groups and/or direct advertisers (digital, programmatic, or broader media).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to articulate value clearly and confidently.
  • Ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions with support from cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable analysing market trends, competitor activity, and client data to identify opportunities.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with internal teams to drive shared goals.
  • Curiosity, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem solving and client engagement.
