Who Are We Looking For

🌏 The Role: This is a senior commercial leadership role with real scope. As Regional Commercial Director for Indonesia and Southeast Asia, you will be responsible for owning and growing the business across the region. Personally driving new revenue, building a high-performing sales team, and positioning the platform as the go-to partner for top-tier agencies and direct advertisers.

What You'll Do

🛠️ Core Responsibilities

Commercial Leadership

  • Set and execute the regional go-to-market strategy, identifying priority verticals, accounts, and partnership opportunities across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
  • Carry a personal revenue target alongside the broader regional number — this is a player-manager role that requires consistent hands-on selling at senior level.
  • Develop a clear view of the competitive landscape and translate that into a compelling commercial position for the platform.

Client & Partner Development

  • Build trusted, senior-level relationships with holding group agencies, independent agencies, and major direct advertisers across the region.
  • Identify and nurture strategic partnerships that extend the platform's reach and credibility in key markets.
  • Act as the senior point of escalation for significant client relationships, ensuring the business is seen as a long-term partner rather than a vendor.

Team & Culture

  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing regional sales team, creating an environment where people are motivated to do their best work.
  • Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable, while providing the coaching and support needed to help them grow.
  • Represent the business at industry events and in the market, building a visible and respected commercial presence for the brand across SEA.

What You Bring

🎯 Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in digital advertising or digital media sales, with a demonstrable track record of closing deals and consistently hitting revenue targets.
  • 5+ years in a sales leadership capacity, with direct experience managing and developing commercial teams across Southeast Asia.
  • Experience operating at a senior level within AdTech, programmatic, or digital media — either on the buy side (agency) or sell side (publisher/platform).
  • A strong, established network of relationships within advertising agencies and major brand advertisers across Indonesia and the broader SEA region. This is non-negotiable.
  • Solid understanding of the digital media landscape — how agencies buy, how brands invest, and how programmatic fits into the mix.
  • A genuine interest in staying ahead of market developments and translating that knowledge into commercial advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills — equally effective in a boardroom and in a one-to-one.
  • A client-first mindset, with the ability to understand complex client needs and develop solutions that deliver real value.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
