This isn't a role for a specialist who stays in one lane; we need a full-stack media generalist who can navigate the "Big Three" with precision. You are someone who views performance marketing as a blend of psychology and mathematics. You understand intent on Google, engagement on Meta, and the viral mechanics of TikTok. Most importantly, you know how to fluidly move budgets between these channels to drive the highest commercial impact for the brand.

What You'll Do

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Core Responsibilities

  • Full-Funnel Execution: Lead the end-to-end strategy, setup, and optimization for Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Media Planning: Translate business objectives into actionable media plans, ensuring a healthy balance between brand awareness and conversion-led tactics.
  • Constant Optimization: Conduct daily monitoring and rigorous A/B testing across audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies to improve CPA and ROAS.
  • Creative Partnership: Work directly with internal creative teams to brief high-performing assets, ensuring "TikTok-first" content and high-impact social visuals.
  • Data Attribution: Track the user journey across platforms using GA4 and internal CRM tools to understand the holistic impact of your spend.
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver clear, jargon-free reports to leadership that focus on what matters: growth, efficiency, and scale.

What You Bring

๐ŸŽฏ Skills and Experience

  • The Trinity: 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Generalist Mindset: Proven ability to manage a diversified media mix rather than focusing on a single channel.
  • In-house Grit: Experience working on the brand side (B2C, E-commerce, or Tech) where you own the results 24/7.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong grasp of tracking (GTM/Pixels), attribution modeling, and data visualization (Looker Studio/Excel).
  • Local Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Singapore digital landscape and consumer behavior.
