We are seeking motivated and knowledgeable Paid Media Managers to manage and optimise paid media campaigns across social channels for the Australian market. In this role, you’ll work closely with a senior paid media team to implement and refine media strategies, helping clients maximise ROI and achieve key business goals. This role has a strong focus on e-commerce and retail brands, so you’ll need to be confident in running conversion- and ROAS-focused campaigns, while staying curious and open to testing and trialling new strategies across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Develop and execute advanced paid social strategies for e-commerce and retail campaigns.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution — from set-up and optimisation to budget pacing and reporting.
Run conversion-focused and ROAS-driven campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Experiment with new approaches and test strategies to improve results.
Analyse performance data, provide actionable insights, and keep campaigns aligned with client goals.
Troubleshoot technical issues within buying platforms to keep campaigns running smoothly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class results.
3+ years’ experience in paid media management, with a focus on social advertising.
Proven success managing large-scale campaigns for e-commerce and/or retail brands.
Hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok Ads Manager; bonus points if you’ve worked on Pinterest too.
Strong track record in conversion/ROAS-focused optimisation.
Skilled at managing cross-channel campaigns (video, mobile, display).
Confident in using GA4 and other analytics tools to extract insights and drive strategy.
Excellent analytical, organisational, and project management skills.
Strong communication skills — you can present results clearly and build trust with clients.
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
