The successful candidate will manage accounts from implementation, optimisation, and strategic direction of search campaigns, acting as a key technical voice between clients, internal account teams, and creative partners.

What You'll Do

πŸ› οΈ Core Responsibilities

  • Leading pre-launch strategy discussions and translating client briefs into actionable paid search plans
  • Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis and audience exploration to inform campaign build
  • Building and structuring accounts across Google Ads, with additional platforms where relevant
  • Implementing and managing remarketing and Shopping campaigns where applicable
  • Ensuring accurate tracking implementation and testing across campaigns
  • Driving ongoing optimisation against performance KPIs such as CPA and ROAS
  • Producing clear, insightful client and internal reporting, including data for invoicing and operational tracking
  • Providing strategic recommendations backed by data and performance insights
  • Supporting training and development initiatives within the wider team
  • Acting as a technical escalation point for account managers and client stakeholders

What You Bring

🎯 Skills and Experience

  • 4+ years’ experience implementing and managing paid search campaigns
  • Strong proficiency in platforms such as (Google Ads) with experience in (Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads, or SA360)
  • Experience with remarketing and Shopping campaign structures
  • Solid understanding of PPC best practice, bid strategies, and optimisation frameworks
  • Experience setting up and validating tracking requirements
  • Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Google Ads reporting, Google Analytics, Excel, or similar
  • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing performance metrics and attribution
