Coordinate and manage strategic relationships with agency holding groups, independent agencies, DSPs, and enterprise sales teams in Indonesia.
Lead client engagement and solution development, ensuring a consultative approach to driving business value.
Proactively identify and pursue new revenue opportunities aligned with client objectives and market demand.
Deliver tailored training, onboarding, and support to help agency and enterprise partners maximise platform capabilities.
Translate local market insights into actionable feedback for internal product and strategy teams.
Spot upsell opportunities within existing accounts to deepen partnerships and drive incremental growth.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts and growth reporting.
Collaborate on quarterly business reviews and contribute strategic input to internal planning efforts.
6+ years’ experience in digital advertising sales, ideally with a background in video and programmatic AdTech.
Previous experience with DSPs and/or digital media agencies highly preferred.
Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
Strong knowledge of programmatic ecosystems, including IO, RTB, SPO, PMP, and DSP workflows.
Confident in client-facing interactions and able to lead initiatives independently from concept to execution.
Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and Salesforce; knowledge of Tableau is an advantage.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple commercial priorities effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strategic, solutions-oriented mindset with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; must be based in Jakarta.
