Who Are We Looking For

The Hub Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of a regional hub, ensuring efficient programmatic campaign execution. They manage the team, optimize workflows, and align goals with local and global objectives. Collaborating with Sales, Account Management, and Data & Analytics, the role drives performance, process improvements, and supports regional hub growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor the hub team - Oversee performance, provide guidance, and drive collaboration across markets.
  • Oversee daily hub operations - Manage resources, ensure quality delivery, and optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure alignment with local markets - Maintain open communication and shared goals with market and functional leads.
  • Drive process improvements and compliance
  • Identify efficiencies, monitor KPIs, and uphold company policies and data standards.

What You Bring

  • At least 7 years of managing delivery teams in programmatic or digital
  • Previous management experience, managing at least 10 people
  • Previous roles with multi-market, regional or global team engagement
  • Good knowledge of the programmatic landscape and industry ecosystem
  • Desire to develop your team, providing learning and growth opportunities
  • High level of organisation and conscientiousness with ability to lead a team
  • Excellent communication skills and cultural nuance across JAPAC markets
  • Proactive with an immediate and direct bias for action
