What You'll Do

💼 About the role

The Head of Sales, Malaysia will spearhead commercial growth in the Malaysian market, driving revenue through strategic partnerships with media agencies, holding groups, and direct advertisers.

This role calls for a commercially driven sales leader who can shape and execute the go-to-market strategy, leveraging global relationships while tailoring solutions to local market needs. The ideal candidate brings a strong network in Malaysia’s digital media ecosystem, a passion for programmatic solutions, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

🚀 Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver the revenue growth strategy for the Malaysian market.
  • Build, nurture, and expand relationships with agency groups, independent agencies, and direct advertisers.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, delivering accurate forecasts and business updates to regional leadership.
  • Develop compelling commercial proposals and deals that drive client value and meet business goals.
  • Analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and provide insights to maximise partnerships and stay competitive.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and client success.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior agency stakeholders and brand leaders.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and credibility.
  • Support regional initiatives to align local strategies with broader Southeast Asia goals.

What You Bring

📝 Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior sales leader in digital media, AdTech, or programmatic advertising in Malaysia.
  • A strong network of relationships across media agency groups, independent agencies, and brand advertisers.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Skilled in commercial deal-making, forecasting, and business planning.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities, able to communicate complex solutions simply and persuasively.
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams to align strategies with business objectives.
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and results-driven, with a solutions-focused mindset.
