This is a senior, people-facing leadership role responsible for the health and growth of the company's client portfolio across APAC. You will own the end-to-end customer success function, building scalable processes, managing senior client relationships, and driving retention and expansion across a complex, high-volume book of business. You will lead a small but growing team and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Data to ensure clients are realising value at every stage of the lifecycle. This is both a strategic and a hands-on role, you will need to roll up your sleeves while also setting the direction.
