What You'll Do

🛠️ Core Responsibilities — By Function

Client & Account Management

  • Managing client relationships end-to-end — from pre-sale through to post-campaign reviews and renewals.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for brand, agency, or publisher accounts.
  • Driving account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities through data and market insight.
  • Leading or supporting Quarterly Business Reviews and executive-level presentations.

Performance & Paid Media

  • Planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across paid search (Google), paid social (Meta, TikTok), and programmatic channels.
  • Translating business objectives into media strategies with a clear focus on CPA, ROAS, and revenue growth.
  • Conducting ongoing A/B testing across audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies.
  • Delivering clear performance reports and actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Programmatic & AdTech

  • Managing DSP, SSP, or ad server platforms to execute and optimise programmatic campaigns.
  • Troubleshooting delivery issues — VAST/VPAID errors, fill rate anomalies, and bid density challenges.
  • Monitoring supply health across CTV, OTT, display, and video inventory.
  • Supporting publisher monetisation workflows, including tag generation, seat mapping, and inventory audits.

Sales & Business Development

  • Prospecting and pitching to agency holding groups, independent agencies, and direct brand clients.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline with accurate forecasting through CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and media solutions.
  • Attending industry events, forming strategic partnerships, and growing your market presence.

Marketing & Strategy

  • Developing and executing integrated marketing plans across brand and performance channels.
  • Leading content, campaign, or go-to-market strategy for regional or global brands.
  • Owning analytics and attribution frameworks to measure and communicate marketing impact.
  • Working cross-functionally with creative, product, and commercial teams to align on growth objectives.

What You Bring

🎯 Skills and Experience

  • Experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, media, or AdTech — at any level from executive to director.
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following: programmatic platforms (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers), paid media channels (Google, Meta, TikTok), or MarTech stacks.
  • Strong communication skills — whether that's client-facing, stakeholder management, or cross-functional collaboration.
  • Data confidence: comfortable working with reporting dashboards, spreadsheets, and using performance data to make decisions.
  • A proactive mindset — you don't wait for instructions; you take initiative and follow through.
  • Regional language skills are a plus: Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia, Filipino, or Mandarin are particularly valuable for our markets.
