This is a client-facing, execution-focused role sitting at the heart of the business. As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the day-to-day management of a portfolio of clients — primarily digital agencies and brand advertisers — ensuring they are getting the most out of the platform and hitting their campaign performance goals. Think of this role as the platform equivalent of a Paid Search or Paid Social Manager at an agency — you are deeply embedded in how your clients run their activity, you know their goals inside out, and you are the person they call when they need something done. The difference is that rather than running campaigns yourself, you are helping clients understand their data, optimising their use of the product, and proactively surfacing insights that drive results.
