What You'll Do

💼 About the role

The Client Partner is the strategic lead for a portfolio of key agencies and brands across Thailand. Focused on revenue growth and long-term partnerships, the Client Partner helps clients achieve their business and marketing goals by connecting them with the right programmatic solutions.

This is not a campaign-delivery role; it’s about owning & growing the commercial relationship, shaping client strategy, and partnering closely with internal teams (Sales Planners, Account Managers, Product Specialists, and Operations) to deliver performance, renewals, and upsells.

🚀 Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of top agency and brand accounts across Thailand.
  • Hit and exceed quarterly revenue, retention, and upsell targets.
    Build strong, consultative relationships with senior decision-makers within agencies and brands.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs), sharing performance insights, ROI stories, and growth road maps.
  • Collaborate with Sales Planners on proposals, pricing, and forecasts to ensure solutions align with client objectives.
  • Work alongside Account Managers to translate client goals into successful campaign delivery.
  • Act as the client’s voice within the business, influencing product development and inventory strategy.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, agency structures, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.

What You Bring

📝 Requirements
  • 5–8 years’ experience in digital media, AdTech, or programmatic sales/account management, ideally in Thailand.
    A strong track record in growing enterprise accounts through consultative selling and strategic relationship management.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and agency landscape in SEA.
  • Confident presenter with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical, operations, and commercial teams.
  • Proficiency with or knowledge of AdTech tools such as:
    • Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs): e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP
    • Measurement & Analytics tools: e.g., MOAT, IAS, Nielsen DAR, Google Analytics
    • Audience/Data platforms: e.g., Lotame, LiveRamp, BlueKai
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights and client stories.
