Who Are We Looking For

As Associate Director, Advanced Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in bridging technical and commercial teams to drive high-impact solutions across CTV and Advanced TV. You will work directly with some of the largest buyers and media owners globally, designing and implementing technical strategies that enhance programmatic revenue, strengthen platform integrations, and enable scalable solutions. You will also lead internal enablement, translate client feedback into actionable roadmaps, and collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to bring innovative ad‑tech solutions to market.

💡 Role and Responsibilities

  • Support revenue growth by designing and implementing technical strategies across the Streaming TV ad stack.
  • Strengthen supply integrations: partner with media owners on CTV ad servers, SSAI vendors, and header-bidding proxies, supporting modern ad-tech infrastructure migrations.
  • Lead technical whiteboarding sessions, present advanced solutions to clients and partners, and enable internal commercial and support teams.
  • Develop and roll out customised technical solutions for emerging client needs in the APAC programmatic ecosystem.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Technical Services, and Commercial teams to translate client feedback into actionable solutions and roadmap initiatives.
  • Contribute to forecasting, pipeline updates, and operational planning for strategic accounts.
  • Participate in industry events, client meetings, and partner sessions to represent the business.
  • Gather market intelligence to inform product positioning, strategy, and competitive differentiation.

What You Bring

📌 Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years’ experience in advertising technology, technical account management, pre-sales engineering, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Prior experience with ad-management systems, SSPs, DSPs, SSAI, header bidding, ad servers, and audience platforms; strong knowledge of CTV/OTT advertising, VAST, VPAID, VMAP, and OpenRTB/IAB standards.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and SQL knowledge is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for commercial stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills; global experience a plus.
  • Self-starter, highly organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
