Who Are We Looking For

This Jakarta-based position focuses on developing and growing relationships with key publisher clients, helping them achieve measurable success through strategic account management and seamless platform adoption. The ideal candidate is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, experienced in programmatic advertising, and brings prior agency experience to the table. A strong balance of commercial skills, technical understanding, and relationship management will be key to success in this role.

What You'll Do

• Client Relationship Management: Build meaningful, long-term relationships with stakeholders across strategic publisher accounts. Conduct stakeholder mapping and align solutions with client objectives.

• Strategic Account Planning: Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that drive revenue growth and increase adoption of key services. Measure and exceed KPIs such as inventory yield, product usage, and cross-channel performance.

• Revenue Growth: Maintain a healthy pipeline of upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Use data to identify trends and craft insight-driven recommendations that contribute to client and company growth.

• Client Success Management: Oversee onboarding and technical integrations for new partners. Serve as the key point of contact for post-launch support and optimisation, collaborating with internal teams across APAC.

• Product Expertise: Become a trusted advisor by mastering the platform’s suite of products. Recommend tailored solutions that match client goals across various media formats.

• Collaboration and Reporting: Partner with regional commercial teams to drive strategic outcomes. Provide timely updates through performance reviews, and maintain accurate forecasts and reports.

What You Bring

• 4–6 years in AdTech, digital media, or programmatic sales.

• Previous experience at a digital media agency and DSPs are highly preferred.

• Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).

• Solid understanding of programmatic trading methods (RTB, PMP, header bidding, SDKs) and ad formats across display, video, audio, and CTV.

• Familiarity with web technologies in G-Suite (Sheets/Slides) and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint), including pivot tables, chart-making, manipulation of large data sets, and presentation slides.

• Exceptional abilities in written and verbal communication, as well as presenting ideas, and adept at interacting with clients.

• An understanding of online advertising dynamics, trends & technologies and campaign planning & buying.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
