As an Account Manager, you’ll be right at the center of things—partnering with teams across the JAPAC region, from Sales and Trading to Data & Analytics. You’ll play a key role in managing and growing client accounts, delivering high-impact work that keeps clients happy and business strong. What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow key client accounts across the JAPAC region, working closely with Sales, Trading, and Analytics teams.
  • Collaborate on campaign planning, execution, and optimization—spotting opportunities to upweight, upsell, and cross-sell.
  • Own the creation and upkeep of account plans, providing regular insights and updates on growth trends and performance.
  • Support campaign setup and bookings post-approval, ensuring smooth launches and accurate reporting across all deliverables.
  • Proactively troubleshoot issues, maintain quality and accuracy, and take ownership of data discrepancies when they arise.
  • Deliver strategic insights by connecting data points and partnering with internal teams to turn learnings into client-ready recommendations.
  • Help lead quarterly business reviews and contribute to broader business planning through regular input and reporting.
  • Stay curious—test new ideas, improve ways of working, and share innovative approaches with your wider team.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of client-facing experience in programmatic or digital media
  • Background in Client Services, Sales Support, or Ad Operations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—you’re on top of timelines and deliverables
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for clear, constructive feedback
  • Proactive mindset—you don’t wait for problems, you anticipate them and act fast
  • A natural collaborator, comfortable working across multiple teams and regions
  • Ability to turn data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations
  • Experience partnering across a regional hub and local market setup is a plus
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a desire to grow as the company scales
