What You'll Do

🛠️ Core Responsibilities

  • Own and execute strategic account and territory plans to drive sustainable revenue growth across enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Build and expand long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Develop tailored value propositions across brand-to-demand, demand generation, digital media, content, lead generation, and event solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and across new markets to strengthen the pipeline and market presence.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial recommendations aligned with client objectives.
  • Negotiate complex commercial agreements, managing objections and annual contract renewals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including client success, delivery, sales enablement, and content, to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client outcomes.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform account strategy and commercial positioning.
  • Contribute to a high-performance sales culture through knowledge sharing, best practice development, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You Bring

🎯 Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience securing complex, high-value deals within digital media, demand generation, B2B marketing, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth across both existing and new client accounts.
  • Strong ability to design and implement sophisticated account and territory strategies with long-term growth objectives.
  • Experience in diagnosing client challenges and translating them into high-impact commercial solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating multi-stakeholder agreements and complex contracts.
  • Deep understanding of brand-to-demand, demand generation, and digital media ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Commercially astute, ambitious, and intellectually curious.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities.
  • Collaborative working style with the confidence to lead conversations at the senior stakeholder level.
